Soulful Sit-Downs

A series of intimate discussions about life's big questions

What are Soulful Sit-Downs?

Soulful Sit-Downs are a series of student-run conversations intending to help participants seek a higher expression of themselves, and develop a deeper understanding of their life's purpose.  The program began in February 2013 and gives students a space to have weekly conversations about life's big questions. The program was recently featured in an article in Syracuse University Magazine (you can click here for the article).

When do these take place?

How do I bring Soulful Sit-Downs to my school?

Interested in starting a Soulful Sit-Downs program at your college or university? We're currently seeking a limited number of partners to pilot Soulful Sit-Downs programs at their institutions free of charge, starting in Spring 2017. Partnering would include access to our Soulful Sit-Downs conversation guides, marketing materials, and ongoing consultation. If you have any questions or want to get involved, reach out to us at
